cPicGo Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the cPicGo mobile application ("cPicGo," "the app," "we," "us") handles your information. cPicGo is a field inspection photo tool developed by 1st Source Solution that lets you capture, annotate, and organize inspection photos, upload them to storage you control, and generate PDF inspection reports.

The short version: cPicGo does not operate any servers and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal information. Everything you create in the app — photos, client contacts, company profile, reports — is stored on your own device and, only when you choose, in your own Dropbox or Google Drive account. We never see it.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

cPicGo has no user accounts of its own, no backend servers, no analytics or advertising software, and no tracking technologies. We do not collect, receive, or store:

• your name, email address, or any account credentials;
• your photos or their contents;
• your client contact information;
• your location;
• usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or behavioral data.

Because we run no servers, information you create in cPicGo is never transmitted to 1st Source Solution.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

To provide its features, cPicGo stores the following data locally on your device only:

3. Device Permissions We Request

• Camera — to take inspection photos. Photos are captured only when you press the shutter.
• Photo library — to let you pick existing images for upload, and to save copies of processed photos to a "Photo Inspector" album when you use local storage or choose to save them.
• Contacts — optional; used only when you tap "Import" to copy a single contact's name, phone, email, or address into your local client list. The app never reads your address book in the background and never uploads your contacts anywhere.
• Microphone (iOS) — cPicGo does not record audio. This permission entry exists only because the camera framework requires its declaration.

Every permission is optional and requested only when the related feature is used. You can revoke any of them at any time in your device settings.

4. Cloud Storage Connections (Dropbox and Google Drive)

cPicGo can upload photos and PDF reports to a Dropbox account or Google Drive account that you own and connect. When you link an account:

• Sign-in happens directly with Dropbox or Google using the industry-standard OAuth 2.0 protocol. Your password is entered only on Dropbox's or Google's own sign-in page — cPicGo never sees or stores your password.
• The app receives a limited access token, which is stored in your device's encrypted secure storage and used solely to list folders, upload, download, move, rename, and delete files at your direction.
• Files transfer directly between your device and Dropbox/Google over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. They never pass through any 1st Source Solution system.
• You can unlink either account at any time in the app's Account screen (which also revokes the app's Dropbox token), or from your provider's security settings: Dropbox connected apps and Google account permissions.

cPicGo's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google Drive data is used only to provide the user-facing file features described above; it is never used for advertising, never sold, and never read by humans at 1st Source Solution.

Your use of Dropbox and Google Drive is governed by those providers' own privacy policies.

5. PDF Reports and Sharing

PDF inspection reports are generated entirely on your device. A report can include your company profile details, your client's contact details, and the photos you select. Reports go only where you send them — saved to your connected cloud folder, or shared through your device's standard share sheet (for example, by email). cPicGo does not transmit reports anywhere on its own.

6. Purchases

cPicGo offers a one-time lifetime unlock purchased through Apple's App Store or Google Play. The entire payment is processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive, process, or store your payment card details or billing information. Purchases can be restored on a new device through the same Apple ID or Google account.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Because all data lives on your device, you are in full control of it:

• In the app: Settings → Account & Cloud Storage → Reset App & Erase Local Data erases the data stored on your device — client contacts, upload history, company profile, saved stamps, and photos in the app's local storage — and signs the app out of your cloud accounts. This never deletes anything from your Dropbox or Google Drive; every file you uploaded stays in your account, untouched.
• Uninstalling the app removes the app's locally stored data from your device.
• Photos and reports you previously uploaded to your own Dropbox or Google Drive remain in your accounts, under your control, until you delete them there.

8. Security

Cloud access tokens, your company profile, and purchase status are kept in your device's encrypted secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). All network communication with Dropbox and Google uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Cloud sign-in uses OAuth 2.0 with PKCE, a hardened authorization flow designed for mobile apps.

9. Children's Privacy

cPicGo is a professional tool intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. As described above, the app does not collect personal information from any user.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information held about you. Because 1st Source Solution holds no personal information about cPicGo users, these rights are exercised directly through the on-device controls described in Section 7. If you have any question about your data, contact us using the details below.

11. Changes to This Policy

If we change how cPicGo handles data, we will update this policy and revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted in the app's release notes.
